Cybernetics & Robotics Automation & Intelligent Systems @ NTNU

Markus Krogen Jensen

I build practical systems that combine control theory, software and hardware. Interested in automation, robotics, and reliable engineering.

About

Student in cybernetics and robotics at NTNU, with an apprenticeship certificate as an electrician. I enjoy building systems where the software meets the real world — sensing, control and reliability.

Focus

• Control & regulation (PID, tuning, filtering)
• Automation & robotics
• Embedded/IoT experiments
• Python & basic C/C++ experience

Projects

Water Tank Control System control · PLC
Designed regulators for a tank with two actuators (valve + frequency converter). Worked with tuning, filtering and practical constraints.
Multi-threaded Python Counter Simulation python · concurrency
Threaded simulation with pulse generator and threads for ones/tens/hundreds. Focus on synchronization and correctness.
Heart Rate Wearable Comparison stats · experiment
Compared heart-rate readings from two sports watches during low and high intensity activity. Tested measurement differences and uncertainty.
